Mr. John Marco Pima is researcher in the Internet Technology for Education and works for the Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA) which is a tertiary training Institution under the Ministry of Finance in Tanzania. Mr. Pima holds a Masters Degree with Distinction in Software Development from Coventry University, UK. He is currently a PhD Candidate in Computing and his research is on Blended Learning with Collaborative Web Technologies. He is the ICT Manager and Lecturer at the Institute, where he teaches in both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. He has done researches in the areas of e-learning systems, content management systems, web accessibility standards and usability. He has published three peer reviewed papers, presented at the E-Learning Africa Conference, 2014 in Uganda and DEASA Conference in 2011 and published research reports including the Implementation of Portals in higher learning institutions in main land Tanzania.
