Kirsten Stevens is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Coventry University.

She is the Course Director role for the MA in International HRM delivered at Emirates Aviation University in Dubai.

Prior to becoming an academic, Kirsten undertook a variety of HR Practitioner roles both within the public and private sector.

Kirsten is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
