Dr. Juan Antonio Caldero has recently started his new position as Lecturer in English for Specific Purposes (Legal English) at CU – China based (SWUPL). Before he was a Lecturer in International Law and Comparative Law at CU.

He graduated with First Class degree in Political Science and Sociology. He has successfully completed two MA in Diplomacy, Law and Global Change, and European Studies at CU. Moreover, Juan has a third MA in Teaching Foreign Language and in 2015 completed his PhD in Applied Linguistics.

Juan has lectured at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels for over 7 years at both Coventry University and University of Warwick.

He has a keen interest in OIL as he has demonstrated being responsible for a project between CU and UCA (Argentina) students. His main interests are ICC, Legal English and International Law.
