Kathy Rodenhurst is a Senior Lecturer in Food Safety and Quality, CD for the Environmental Health BSc and Food Safety, Inspection and Control BSc and a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner (EHP).

Kathy has practiced for 20 years and has held a variety of positions with Local Government and the MoD (Army) before settling at Coventry to lecture 4 years ago.
