Dr. Roopa Aruvanahalli Nagaraju works as a Lecturer in Project Management and has 13 years of experience in both industry and academics.

She has worked in media and IT recruitment industry for 6 years before moving into academics. She has a PhD and and MBA from University of Bedfordshire, U.K.

Her research and teaching interests are Innovation strategy, High Technology SMEs, Entrepreneurship, Innovation in Developing Markets, Change Management and Project Management.
