Project summary

Coventry students will work in small groups with an equal number of students from one other university to produce a report and presentation comparing current ‘hot topics’/issues/debates in HR in both countries.
The weekly two hour seminar slot will be used for group work on the OIL project (using computer labs to aid synchronous communication with partner universities).

OIL Outcome

• Ability to research and communicate the nature of employee involvement and participation in different countries.
• Ability to compare and contextualize HRM issues in different countries.
