In groups students will reflect on models of national culture and answer the following questions:
1. To what extent does the model accurately reflect different national cultures in the group?
2. How might Global HRM practitioners use the model?

Method of capturing intercultural development

Students are required to engage in reflection on intercultural models as part of the task.
