Project Overview

This project involves learning and discussions between Coventry University and Narxoz University (Almaty/Kazakhstan) students on the subject topic via Facebook closed group.

Project Outcome

This project should help the participating students to widen their perspective on not only what kind of manager they may need to be in the future, but also how they can see their roles to shape the future before it even happens.

The students should also explore the skills and knowledge required for (constantly) transforming themselves into the ‘Manager of the Future’ in a global settings. The alternative perspectives of Coventry University and Narxoz University students will be understood.

Level/year of study/module code

Undergraduate students, stage 1, 2 and 3 on Module 120SAM, 220SAM and 320SAM are working on this project in semester 1.
